Sacred Heart.

Contrary to our received knowledge spiritual development does not stem from a set of mental propositions or principles.

Neither does it come from compliance with a set of behavioral requirements.

Spiritual development comes from the heart.

Love, compassion, forgiveness, mercy, generosity, charity, understanding.....

All these things flow from the heart.

So, rather than enforcing rigid moral principles, we should open our hearts to God and to those around us.

Evergreen.

Through highs and lows

It always wins.

Through changing seasons

It never ends.

Beyond evil and sin

It always begins.

Love

The Message.

The followers of Jesus have made a mistake.

They have mistaken Jesus - the messenger - for the message.

They worship the messenger - the person of Jesus - the Christ - and ignore the message.

And what is the message?

Love.

Treasure.

"'The kingdom of heaven is like treasure hidden in a field.'"  Matthew 13:44a (NRSV)

Don't mistake the field for the treasure.

"But we have this treasure in clay jars."  2 Corinthians 4:7a (NRSV)

Don't mistake the clay jars for the treasure.

So it is with world religions.

The worshippers of fields fight wars against the worshippers of clay jars over who has the treasure.

They do not realize that neither the fields nor the clay jars are the treasure itself.

Both and neither have the treasure.

And what is the treasure?

Love.

Counter-Point.

What can we do to counter the effects of modern Satanism?

Obviously we must point out the spurious nature of these ideas.
They will not stand up to scrutiny.

But because most of it is unconscious most people do not subject these ideas to the test of logic.

So we must put out counter-ideas which are true in order to counter their effects.

The major idea which we must put forward is the idea that sex is life, and as such sex is intimately associated with God, the creator of all life.

The Churches must change their teachings in regard to sex if we are to have any hope of a religious revival.

This is related to ideas about sex energy which come from Yoga and Eastern religions.

Yoga must reclaim the energy which comes from God and dissociate kundalini from Satan.

Perhaps a better image is the opening lotus flower which cannot be appropriated by Satanism.

All power comes from God.
And as such it is in His hands.

We must open our eyes and see what is being done to us and the people who are doing it.

It is no use just hiding in denial.

These things are discernible - you can see them - but we won't admit what they are.

Our rock legends are too precious to us.

Normality is too seductive.

But it is no use battling against them and trying to defeat them.

The only way to proceed is to dismantle their deceptions and force them to face the Reality.

There is no devil, no death, no hell.

Only God's Love.

The Dark Arts.

What rock musicians do is practise the dark arts.

Because they have sold their souls and serve Satan they cannot worship God or practise religion in the normal way.

So they turn it all upside down and backwards.

This is, in fact, what the dark arts are - an inversion of religious and spiritual practices.

They will sometimes mimic religion or spirituality but it will always be turned to the dark side.

Don't be fooled by references to Buddhism, Yoga, or the Kabbalah, these are made to confuse you and make you think that they are seekers.

But they are not.
Witchcraft, black magic, and the occult are their arena.

And their intentions are evil.

What We're Up Against.

It is one thing to recognize the need for religious principles in our world, it is another to realize what we are up against.

We are not merely confronted with selfishness, greed, corruption, and violence, we are up against a consortium which works actively against our efforts.

This is the web of evil which permeates our popular culture.
Satanism has spread from rock music to all branches of our mass media.

Our entertainment is saturated with evil and sabotage.
We are cursed with darkness, negativity, hedonism, drugs, casual sex, and hell-fire.

But what you can see is just the tip of the iceberg.
Most of this evil is subliminal - it works on the unconscious.

So this is what we are up against.

Good luck!

Degeneration.

Drugs, drunkenness, disease, degradation, depravity, decadence, degeneration, depression, despair, decline, downfall.....

All these defects derive from the 1960s onwards.

And it's deliberate.

Rock music poisoned a whole generation of idealists.

By turning peace and love into sex and drugs and rock and roll they wrecked our bodies. our minds, and our dreams.

But there is a way out!

With God there is healing of body, mind, and spirit.

But first we must remove the source of the problem.

Rock music, reality T.V., dark movies, violent sports - all these diversions must be eliminated from our lives in order to free us from the devil-worship they disguise.

Go into your room.
Close the door.
And pray.

God will hear you.

And deliver you from evil.

David and Goliath.

It may seem that my efforts to alert people to the activities of Satanism in our popular culture is a battle of David against Goliath.

How can one person hope to bring down such a huge monster.

But David was the anointed one of God.

And his sling felled the mighty giant.

Mask.

The face of modern Satanism wears a mask.

A mask that reflects our own expectations.

A mask of goodness, freedom, and success.

But what we take at face value is not what lies beneath.

Beneath this mask lies malice, malevolence, and evil.

Take drugs, party hard, get laid, spend money.....

These are messages which sabotage our happiness.

But even worse is backtracked beneath - death, suicide, violence, evil.....

So unmask the stars of modern music and entertainment.

And see them for what they are.

2376 CE.

The New Paradigm:

It is now commonly established that there is one God - the God of Abraham, Moses, Jesus, and Mohammed.

And there is no other.

This God is the Divinity of Buddhism and the Absolute of Hinduism.

And He is the Most High God.

All things exist in this one God and God is all things and more.

The world was created after the Big Bang had cooled down to create spiral galaxies of stars with circling planets.

Life on earth evolved from the first life in the sea to land creatures then to animals, birds, and humans.

God was intimately involved in all these changes.

This God has sent many messengers to humans throughout history.
Not only to Israel but to all human cultures.

His footprints can be seen in all human races.

Like the other messengers Jesus was a human being who made contact with God.  He was the guiding spirit of the Age of Pisces and his revelation was a breakthrough in human understanding of God.

Jesus was not God.
Mary was not a virgin.
Jesus' death on the cross was not atonement for the sins of humanity.
Jesus' death was at the hands of earthly authorities who were threatened by his popularity.  God did not require his death.

Jesus' resurrection was a spiritual not a physical event.

Jesus is not the only path to God.

God is the Father/Mother of all human beings so all people are our brothers and sisters.  We are truly a family of humanity.

The nature of this God is wholly benevolent.
He is Father/Mother of all living things.
He is transcendent, sublime, beautiful, and good.

His qualities are: mercy, forgiveness, compassion, faithfulness, truthfulness, and love.

His Love is steadfast, reliable, and unconditional.

This God does not punish us or keep records of our behavior.
He loves us like a Father/Mother and will not condemn us.

No one is excluded from God's Love.
All races, sexual orientations, and faiths are acceptable to God.

God loves even those who have rejected Him.

There is no devil. no dark forces, no hell.

Only God's Love.

Sexual abstinence is not required for relationship with God.
Sex is natural part of God's good creation.
And all orientations are equally acceptable to Him.

In the end we all return to the God who gave us Life.
We die into His Love.  And go to be with God and our loved ones who have gone before us.

Salvation.

An Indian Yogi once said to me, "When you get involved with religion or spirituality you inherit some problems that you didn't have before."

This is true.

There are various negative aspects to the Church which turn people away.

These are things like: sex-phobia, fear, guilt, and obligation.

But these negatives are more than compensated for by the joy, peace, and love that we experience from our relationship with God.

Salvation is a free gift from God.

The rest is fear.

Strange Ideas.

Modern Satanism infects you with the strangest ideas.

The perfect example of this is fire.

By associating fire with sex and energy they make you want hell.

And by associating all sex with Satan and evil they make you want the devil.

And by appropriating the idea that the kundalini (power) is a serpent and therefore Satan they put all power in the hands of the devil.

And by associating death (black) with sex they make you want death (i.e. death to God).

And by blaming the Church for banning sex they make you hate God.

And by associating sin with fun they make you want to sin.

Unconsciously we associate sex with life and therefore think that the Church is death and the devil is life (which, of course, is backwards).

And by associating the toilet with sex (Freudianism) they make you want excrement and urine (the classic joke about hell).

So half the population is unconsciously practising Satanism without even realizing it.

My job is to point out what is happening and find the source of the problem.

Most of this is done through rock music.
But T.V. shows, movies, literature, and sports are also involved.

The first thing we have to realize is that the people behind these words and images are evil.

They sell their souls for fame and fortune and then do the devil's work (as described above) in the world.

This is the tip of the iceberg.
Most of it is done on the unconscious level.

But the effects can be clearly seen.

So unplug your earphones, throw away your C.D.s, turn off the T.V., and stay home.

These things are constantly played in venues and pubs.
Brainwashing everyone.

Of course all these things are considered sinful, even damnable, by many.
This, of course, is what the Satanists hope will happen to you.
That is, in fact, their aim - to get you to transgress in the hope that God will damn you to hell.

But God is merciful.

You would be better off in church on Sunday mornings.

Pray to God.

And He will deliver you.

What are We Supposed to Do?

While we teach our children that material success and fame are the purpose of life the world will stay the same.

We live in darkness.

What are we supposed to do?

We are supposed to care about inequality, injustice, prejudice, and violence.

We are supposed to help those in need.

We are supposed to weep when others suffer.

We are supposed to love one another.

Eyes and Ears.

We never see or hear about Third World poverty, starvation, disease, persecution, or corruption because the men and women who rule our world don't want us to know.

Out of sight out of mind.

The rich corporate plutocrats who own our media use their power to brainwash the masses.

They censor the news and control current affairs.

You will never see a sympathetic story about welfare because they don't want to pay for it.

They want everyone at their mercy and distracted by lucrative entertainments and sports.

So be careful what you watch and listen to.

What you see and hear determines what you are thinking about and what you are aware of.

Seek out more altruistic pursuits on the Internet and in your mail.

Then you may see and hear more clearly.

Breakthrough.

There have been many spiritual teachers throughout history, many holy men, prophets, and messengers.

But in Jesus there was a breakthrough.

Only Jesus says that to love God and love your neighbor is the whole of the law.

And only Jesus says to turn the other cheek and love your enemies.

This is the first glimpse of the transcendent God.
A God who is without retribution.
A loving Father.
A God who is all Life, Light, and Love.

So in Jesus there is a breakthrough in mankind's understanding of God.

And we are still struggling to understand it today.

A Culture of Love.

We live in a culture which is insular, materialistic, impersonal, and mercenary.

Our entertainment is dark, violent, and shallow.

We are disturbed and distracted.

We suffer.

This is because our culture neglects our humanity.

And what is at the heart of our humanity but love.

Love is the only thing that can save us.

We need to develop a culture of love.

A culture in which love is the highest value.

A culture that cultivates love in all times and places.

A culture that is human.

I pray for this.

Tax.

The first step we must take to create a more just and equal world is to force the multi-national corporations to pay their tax.

If these corporations paid their tax in the countries in which they made their profits the benefits to third world countries would equal the aid given them by the rich nations of the world.

But, despite concerted efforts by activists, the G20 is dragging its feet.

Angela Merkel and the other leaders of the G20 are too afraid to challenge these corporations for fear of losing their countries' prosperity and privilege.

We need new leaders committed to global equality who are not afraid to take on the corporate plutocrats who rule our world.

We do not want to be governed by the rich.

We want to be governed by leaders who truly represent the common people.

And it is the will of the common people that the corporations pay their tax.

Competition.

Before we have any contact with God we compete with each other to see who can be the most daring, the most drunken, the most pleasure-seeking, the most rich, the most outrageous, the most violent, the most evil, the most good.....

This, of course, gets us nowhere.

But we don't know any better.

Contact with God brings concern for others, especially those who are less fortunate than ourselves.

We cease to compete for supremacy and begin to care about others.

We become more charitable, more generous, more compassionate, more forgiving.....

We know that we are loved.

And we long to share that love with others.

Natural Justice.

Natural Justice teaches that the world and God reflect fixed Laws by which we are rewarded and punished - rewards for good behavior and punishments for bad behavior.

Natural Justice is a naive expectation.

It cannot be sustained upon any length of experience in the world.

The Book of Job in the Bible was written to refute the claims of Natural Justice.

So the religious elites projected their expectations of Natural Justice into the afterlife - creating Heaven and Hell.

If God does not behave in this way in life why would He behave this way after death?

A better explanation is that God is Love.

And Love bends the rules according to understanding.

God does not punish us.

God, when called upon, will try and help us.

God is our loving Father.

And a father does not condemn his children.

But we are not passive puppets.

We love and participate in God's work.

We are co-creators with God.

So we can replace the childish notion of Natural Justice with the mature understanding of Love.

Homophobia.

Violence against homosexuals is not new.

In Australia there was a tradition among men of poofter bashing before the gay liberation movement of the 1970s.

Many, especially those of the older generation, still harbor these views.

This is why the Church, which is made up of mostly older generations, is so slow to change.

Resistance from homophobic elements within the Church slows down any progress.

And a reluctance to question the authority of the writings of St. Paul only adds to the problem.

St. Paul's writings on sex and homosexuality are ill-informed, ignorant, and perverse.

We would do better to follow the teachings of Jesus.

Jesus made no mention of homosexuality at all.
And his inclusive approach would indicate that he would not be homophobic in his views.

Homosexuality is love.

And as love it is part of God.

We would do well to recognize this.

The Humanities.

When we were at school we studied the sciences - mathematics, chemistry, physics etc..
But we also studied the humanities - languages, literature, history etc..

We were just beginning, however, to enter the mindset which ultimately valued the sciences much more than the humanities.  Art was for dummies.

Now education is considered job training and the humanities are not valued at all.

With this development has come a lack of humanity in our society.

We are trained to think entirely in left-brain rational terms.
The right-brain imagination, which feeds religion, is ignored.

And as such we are unbalanced psychologically and emotionally.

We need to bring more humanity into our lives.

This is the task of 21st Century religion.

The revelations which are now coming from God attempt to redress this imbalance by re-reading the scriptures as poetry and metaphor.

In this way the spiritual becomes intelligible rather than being considered fanciful and thus being discarded as worthless or even dangerous.

Too often we regard the visible as the real whereas the metaphorical refers to unseen realities which can be apprehended and experienced.

Science ignores the sacred.

We must recapture the sacred in our modern world in order to regain our humanity and our sanity.

The Aquarian Temple of God.

The Aquarian Temple of God may be a mental construct in which God is panentheistic and immanent.

That is to say that God is everything and more and God is in everything and everything is in God.

This is not to reject science but to complete it.

To bring a sense of the sacred to the lifeless laws of science.

For God is not just an impersonal force or energy.
God is also life and consciousness and intelligence and imagination and love.

God is sensitive and artistic.

He relates to us as a person.

He enlightens our minds.

But the sanctuary of the Aquarian Temple is the human heart.

Amorology.

In the English language we have words for the study of life (biology) and the study of the mind (psychology) but we have no words for the study of imagination or the study of love.

This betrays a bias towards science and left-brain rational thinking.

This reflects a worldview which devalues right-brain imaginative thinking and emotion.

Love, of course, is not exactly an emotion but it is something that we feel rather than something that we think.

So how are we in the West to relate to God, who acts symbolically and who is Love?

We need new words to describe this experience.

The recent invention semiotics (the study of symbols) is a start.

But for words for love we must look to the Greek language which has several words for different kinds of love.

Love, of course, is the mustard seed of the Bible which is the tiniest seed but grows to be the largest bush.

This means that it is something that is regarded of little value by the world but grows to be the most important thing of all in life.

My word for the study of love is amorology.

So now we can at least think it.

Our journey begins here.

Homosexuality and God.

God does not discriminate against homosexuals.

I know this because I am homosexual myself and my relationship with God is strong.

This relationship is characterized by trust, reliability, and consideration, but most of all by Love.

There are no qualifications.
God's Love is unconditional.

So do not listen to those who tell you God hates gays.

They do not know gay people.

And they do not know God.

A Blessing.

What is needed is a Church that is an unmitigated blessing to its members and to the community around it.

No longer will we be a threat to others.
No longer will we judge others.
No longer will we boss others around.

But we will help and encourage each other at all times.

To do this we must become an unmitigated blessing ourselves, an agent of unconditional love.

If we open our hearts and give love to those around us we will be reflecting the Love of God and can truly be called sons and daughters of God.

So follow your heart.
And give love to others.

Be a blessing.

This is the way forward.

Homosexuality and the Church.

Without getting involved in the interpretation of relevant passages in the Bible, I would suggest that the relationship of homosexuality to the modern Church rests on the issue of homosexual orientation.

Most people now accept that some people are born with a homosexual orientation.  This means that they are sexually attracted to people of the same sex.

If we accept this then their same-sex attraction is natural to them and not an aberration.  Therefore it is not immoral.

Same-sex attraction can be observed in the animal kingdom as well as in humans.  This directly contradicts St. Paul and others who claim that it is purely a human perversion - that they are heterosexuals behaving wickedly.  And it supports the argument that homosexuality is natural - part of the diversity of God's good creation.

Therefore homosexuality is good.

And it should be treated in exactly the same way as heterosexuality, opening the way to leadership and marriage in the Church.

The World Hates Us.

Jesus said, "'If the world hates you, be aware that it hated me before it hated you.'"  John 15:18 (NRSV)

The world hates the Hippies.

Why?

Because the Hippies challenge the rule of the rich and the domination of the violent.

As Jesus did.

Sexuality.

The single most decisive issue which has led to the decline of the Churches is their attitude towards sexuality.

Sex is a natural expression of human life.
It is healthy and it is good.

There has always been sex and there always will be.
You cannot stop it!

So rather than telling young people that sex is dirty or bad we should be teaching them that you should always have consideration for your partner and respect for their wishes and rights.

The relationship of sex to love and ultimately to long-term relationships should be noted.

The Church cannot afford to be seen as a moral wowser.

We must change our attitude to sex in order to heal the sickness that has poisoned the body of Christ's Church.

Gentle Giant.

What is the alternative for musclemen to the demonic tags of beast and monster, punisher and master with their connotations of violence and evil.

First of all he is a big softie, a gentle giant.

Secondly he has a big heart.

Thirdly he is a rock.

What is the alternative to muscle worship?

What is described as muscle worship by those who would corrupt him is none other than love.

His beauty inspires admiration, adoration, respect, and love.
