I have often heard people say when the subject of drug abuse is discussed: "Why would people want to do that to themselves?"
The answer is in the music they listen to.
Drug use was (and still is) propagated by rock musicians.
It began in the 1960s, flourished in the 1970s, and has continued to this day.
Rock musicians tell us it is cool, it is harmless, it is desirable to take drugs.
Little known to us was the fact that drugs were used in Satanic rituals like those taught by Aleister Crowley.
And the rock bands of the 1960s and 1970s made no secret of their admiration for Aleister Crowley.
So, if you want to know why people take drugs, you need look no further than the rock music they listen to.
