These include theories concerning spiritual development like:

Behavior.

Good Works.

Asceticism.

Mortification of the Body.

Knowledge.

Reason.

Morality.

Faith Alone.

Christology.

And although spiritual development may involve most of these things the heart of spiritual development is Love.
