The Prophecy.

When it comes to the Age of Aquarius there is no prophecy other than the attributes of Aquarius itself.

There is no promised messiah or individual as was seen with Jesus, the Piscean messiah.  His story was prophesied in the Hebrew scriptures.

But Aquarius is different.
We should not project our expectation that the fate of Jesus will repeat itself.  Nor should we look to The Book of Revelation which prophesied the fall of Rome and the end of the ancient world and the establishment of Christendom.

What happens now may be quite different.

There are no prophecies about the Age of Aquarius other than the astrological attributes of Aquarius itself.

And what are these attributes?

Aquarius governs: gay and lesbian people, equality, humanitarianism, altruism, liberalism, liberty, fraternity, universal brotherhood and sisterhood, humanism, charity, activism, sympathy, freedom, telepathy, clairvoyance and clairaudience, technology, electricity, the Internet, and democracy.....

It also governs groups.
So the Aquarian messiah may not be an individual at all, it may be a group of souls, or even an idea.

Aquarius is an air sign, it governs our concepts.
And as it governs change, the new, and the future this may involve a change to our conceptual structure.

The modern ruler of Aquarius is Uranus.  But Aquarius is co-ruled by Saturn so there may be aspects that relate to the social structure of our societies worldwide.

The left and right political aspects of parliaments are also indicated.

This is all we have to go on.

But I think we can see what it is not.
It is not the power of the plutocracy - rule by the rich - or inequality in the form of economic or social elites.  It is not dark and sinister.  It is not conventional or orthodox or conservative.

It is individual.
And it has a soft heart from which flows love that is unconditional to all humanity, all wildlife, and to the earth itself.
