Old world ideas
of spirit and flesh,
the realm of the senses,
and desire itself.
No longer enchant us
nor hold us captive.
Our bodies are holy -
sacred flesh.
Our minds are enlightened -
fixed in the moment.
Our spirits are pure -
full of ideals.
We seek harmony now
between all three spheres.
