Little Boxes.

What is it that makes us feel separate from nature?

From the time we are born we are enclosed within little boxes.
Man-made structures that separate us from nature.

Humans consider nature hostile so we set about withdrawing from it in order to try and tame it.

In the Book of Genesis in the Bible God tells Adam and Eve to subdue the earth and gives them dominion over every living thing.
This passage has been used by humans to justify the rape and pillage of the earth and its animals and plants.

We can see the results.

It is time to reconnect with nature.
We are not a race apart.
We are part of nature.

Go outside.
Breathe the fresh air.
Look at the trees and flowers.
Smell the roses.

This is God's temple.
Not the massive buildings we have made.

So come out of your little boxes and be with God.

An Evil Influence.

Does it ever seem that your life is cursed by an evil influence?

Well you're right.

The Satanism which was pioneered by 1960s rock bands has now spread through all of our popular culture.

This influence constantly tempts us to live it up, take drugs, practice sexual promiscuity, have affairs, leave our loved ones, spend money (on them), drop out, practice magic, and leave the Church.

It constantly distracts us from our purpose and sabotages any spiritual search.
It will lure you to the dark side.

In other words it's backwards.

It can be recognized by fire and darkness.
These spiritual negatives lead us to ruin.
They result in a burnt out wreck, not a spiritual saint.

It is totally hedonistic and destructive.

But there is no Satan in reality.
Only Satan worshipers.

In the end the reality is God's Love.

Looking For Love.

All sex is looking for love.

We may think that casual sex is desirable or even preferable.

But one night stands will not satisfy our deeper yearnings.

We crave union with another.

But if we have not love it means nothing.

Sex is Love.

The energy which we experience as sexual desire is none other than love.

The love that we feel for the beloved is expressed through sexual desire.

This comes from God.

God is Love.

The rest is fear.

"There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear; for fear has to do with punishment, and whoever fears has not reached perfection in love."  1 John 4:18 (NRSV)

Birth Control.

Is homosexuality nature's birth control?

As we move further into the 21st century the problem of overpopulation is increasing.

Advances in medical science and the subsequent reduction in infant mortality means we are growing at an unsustainable rate.

Is it possible that nature is producing more homosexual people as a method of birth control?

Homosexual people do not reproduce under normal circumstances.  Sperm donation, or IVF, or surrogacy are necessary for homosexual people to reproduce.

This is not a moral question.
A minority of homosexual people will still want to have children.
And they should not be discouraged from doing so.

Nature adapts to new circumstances.
For example fruit flies can change their sex according to need.

So it is not outrageous to suggest that nature is creating more and more homosexual people as a method of counter-balancing the population explosion.

Persevere.

If we persevere

in seeking God

with genuine desire.

We will at last

If action

The Rings of Saturn.

Saturn has a reputation for being dour and dull.

This is because it is the furthest planet visible from the earth.
So it appears faint and dull.

But when we come closer to Saturn it is quite beautiful with its colored bands and its rings.

What could this mean?

Saturn also governs the pinnacle - the best of things - like silk or satin.

It must be remembered that Saturn also governs rewards as well as restrictions.
He is immaculate and glorious.

Discipline is beautiful.

So perhaps Saturn has been maligned.

We should come closer and see his beauties.

Backwards.

Why do those who worship Satan practice religion backwards?

The answer is simple: Sex.

Because they believe that the Church (and therefore God) is anti-sex they reject the Church and God and sell their souls to the devil in order to get sex.

They believe that practicing religion backwards is rewarded by Satan with whatever they want.

But because sex is love their ultimate motivation is love.

The other thing that they are interested in is money.

It can be noted that most of them come from poor backgrounds and the fear of poverty drives them.  They are so afraid of poverty that they are prepared to sell their souls to avoid it.  So their motivation is fear.

These two motivations love and fear are ultimately forgivable.

So we can pray for them to be forgiven and reconciled to God.
